Does thought really become matter?

Creative visualization is not a new subject and many have propagated this in different generations. If you follow the advocates of this, they will make you believe anything is possible and attainable. On the contrary, if you follow critics your enthusiasm and curiosity would subside. So, who is right? If I had to put down my experience, I would say yes it had worked but not as described by these propagators. Like say I really wanted something, occurrence of which is not improbable and then due course of time when it was not my top of mind, it happened or occurred. Similarly in case of some persons I really was attracted towards, but i didn't show my interest and later they came to work along with me. It's another thing that at that point in time might be I was not as enthused as earlier.

I used creative visualization or say guided visualizations on two occasions and both of them were fruitful. First, when i really wanted to get a rank in class and second, when I had a week to prepare for my on-line examination. In later case, what I realized that every time I did the Creative visualization (A PPT I had prepared consisting affirmations regarding examination), I used to feel in positive mind frame. I used to feel charged positively and focused on the things I needed to do rather than gasping about the materials I had to cover. And this I think gives the real story behind creative visualization. When you are determined and think about the goal, you get charged with positive thoughts and actions and that lead you to end.

If we think over energy, charge, ethereal energy etc., this only would come out that it aligns us. It aligns us to the path we want to trudge. Hence, the success is more probable but not sure until it is complemented by actions as well.

A lot in my head on this subject, that I would try to share later...

These days, I think 99% wish for a job other than the one, he/she is on. My friend Rohan visited me this weekend, we were meeting after a long time. We shared lot many things that we missed and experienced in absence of each other. And, at one point he admitted he praises Niranjan whom he always used to bully. He admires him for being forthright about the dream job that he wants to do. He admitted that actually, we all have no guts to come up for what we really want to do.

Indian economy is booming and if you are in a metro, you would feel that everyone is running against time. It's so dynamic, it's in evolution phase further, people have belief in success. This scenario is a perfect stimulus for a dream job. But, there are few to risk the comfort and obvious for the unknown outcome. One of the key factor is EMIs, easy finance traps you silently with so much giddiness that you are too webbed to venture out.

Few weeks back I saw the program on History channels about Hippies the flower child. The program was really revelation to me. I had vague idea about Hippies earlier but that was superficial. After watching it I did my research for 3 days on internet and enlightened myself to know so much about them, counter culture, the 60s and Sam Sloan VP of sexual freedom right.

I liked the idea of Hippies and their love, peace mission.

And, believe me its nothing new they have taken their inspiration from gang of Lord Shiva, in hindi those are called Aghod, for them every matter no matter how beautiful or ugly those are, are the culmination of 'panch tatwa' (five elements) namely, air, water, fire, hollow, sky. So they do not discriminate between bad or beautiful; for them every thing is equal. and they are into shakti worship and practice. This is also a kind of yoga where shiva(man) meets shakti(woman) and the coupling (yoga) creates explosion of energy if done with right passion and control that could metamorphose a person into superman. This is the reason in India linga (phallus) and yoni(vagina) is worshiped and Lord shiva is considered the guru of gurus and hence, yogeshwar.

The best thing about them is they do not discriminate.

The only hazards could be the lazy people start taking refuge in this, otherwise this is what the world was meant to be when came into being.

The more civilized we have become more distant we are from the true self. With civilization comes the burden of fear, hypocrisy, complexities. It pulls us away from our natural self. If you ponder over it you would realize why sex has become so complicated social phenomena and the reason for all are our own acts.. which were supposed to be natural without any discrimination and regulation has become a thing of secrecy and shame.

Patriotism is a novelty but why we limit this novelty to border. But, ain't borders are meant to demarcate? Demarcate us from the rest of the world. It's natural that when we fight with our neighbours, the bonding among family members is strongest. We human being has this tendency to fall in love or relate well with anyone when there is a third entity, who we hate to the core. There are very few who transcend this nature and shower their love to all; vanishing boundaries like Gandhi who once said “if world needs India for a greater cause I am ready to let it go”. No wonder to my knowledge, only he had been called world citizen.

Materialism crisis

When we grow up, we start focusing on career and become a part of the rat race around, we sense everything but ourselves. We are so damn trapped by marketers definition of happiness that we never realize the beauty of little acts that involve no transaction.

Marketers, which could be you and me create halo of false happiness that only this product and service could give you the real pleasure or happiness, if you don't have this you have not arrived. And, this is so universal that it looks like the only fact. But, the fact is real happiness is not at all dependent on transaction, it could come from little acts which do not involve transaction or a motive of it.
In childhood, we were free from the burden of comparisons, hierarchy and fear. What mattered then were the trivial games or activities, which have lost relevance today.I wonder what magic was in little acts, like pebble collection or running in the street with friends in terrible heat. Why today even the big accomplishments fail to infuse that kind of bliss in us?

If you think through, it's nothing but the vivid aggressive materialism and we are a part of it. And so this false happiness has become reality. We all are contributing to the changing parameters. To make ourselves compatible to this system, we stretch our mind more than body i.e., we do little but fear more hence, our creativity, purity of fearless mind and bliss of childlike curiosity have deserted us …leaving us blunt, insensitive and mechanical
